It’s a pleasure to work in a company where employees are happy and know each others’ strengths. I’m impressed with all the longtime employees and the employees who have gravitated back to NM because of the culture we have here. I’m excited to be a part of such an open minded and respectful work environment.
What are you proud of?
My family is my rock. They have always been so supportive of every decision I’ve made. I was raised knowing that life is going to throw challenges your way. It’s not about the challenges you are presented, but how you respond to them. My oldest sister, Taylor, is my hero. She has been through so much yet continues to remain positive and hopeful for the future. She is constantly inspiring me to be the best person I can be.
How do you bring rigor to your work?
Always putting the best effort into whatever task I am currently working on. No task is too little to put a valiant effort into it.
What makes Iowa unique?
There is not any other state I’ve been to that everyone gives you a nice nod and smile even if they don’t know you. Iowa is made up of humble folks (not to toot my own horn).
