I have always enjoyed the beauty of construction, making something from nothing. As a younger kid, I was continuously curious about technology and what it can do.
So, I put two and two together and decided that Building Information Modeling (BIM) was the right field for me. Having the ability to create a building from using a program like Revit is very rewarding and challenging, which makes every day unique.
What's your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
In my free time, I enjoy watching movies with my fiancé, Syndee, and staying active, whether it's walking, running, or lifting.
What drives you?
A lot of things motivate me day to day, but my biggest driver is my loved ones. I think about how much time and energy they've invested in supporting me, and I feel it’s only right to give my best in return.
What excites you most about NM and its future?
What excites me most is how we keep raising the bar year after year. There's a clear understanding of what it takes to continue improving both the employee experience and our overall work. That continued progress makes me excited about what’s ahead.
