All Saints Catholic Church

This 1940’s pre-K-5 school and 1960’s church are located in an established Cedar Rapids residential neighborhood.

The project scope included a complete reworking of the sanctuary to update lighting, correct acoustical problems, and install a full-immersion baptismal font. A new narthex, social hall, day chapel, and entrance with drop-off canopy were added. The project also connects the school to the church, using parish offices as the infill and connecting point between the two buildings.

Work on the school included corrections to code and accessibility issues while creating a secure entrance point. The preschool was expanded on the first floor with a media center added on the second floor.
