Here’s what you can expect when applying:
- Connecting with Us – We meet potential candidates in various ways, including university career fairs, industry referrals, and direct applications. If you're interested, we encourage you to submit your application materials at this stage.
- Application Review – Send your cover letter, resume, and portfolio to careers@neumannmonson.com. Our recruitment team carefully reviews each submission.
- Introductory Conversation – If we haven’t already connected at a career fair or event, we like to start with an informal chat to get to know you. If we see a potential alignment, we’ll invite you for a formal interview.
- Interview – This is a chance for us to dive deeper into your experience, values, and how you might contribute to our team. Whenever possible, we prefer to meet in person so you can see our studio and meet some of our team members.
- Decision & Offer – The timing of our final decision depends on the number of candidates we’re considering, but we strive to make the process as timely as possible.
