Neumann Monson Architects (NM) president Tim Schroeder and architect Sally Obernolte shared an update on NM’s client experience initiative at this year’s Client Experience for Professional Services (CXps) conference in Durham, North Carolina, on May 21st. Their presentation titled, “Experiences Drawn on Purpose,” shared the firm’s journey to become outwardly focused, the strategies they used to gain buy-in from their team, and the results they have achieved by leveraging client experience to stay competitive.

The annual conference brings individuals in the A/E/C sector together to connect and collaborate on delivering exceptional client experience (CX). Presentations cover a variety of CX focused topics, including innovation and trends, ROI, employee experience and CX, foundations of CX, tools of the trade, and leadership.

They also accepted three Client Experience Excellence (CX-cellence) Awards in the categories of purposeful leadership, employee engagement, and client connectedness. The awards celebrate innovation in client experience initiatives.
