For a fourth consecutive year, Neumann Monson Architects has been honored with the PSMJ Resources (PSMJ) Premier Award for Client Satisfaction. The selection process is a collaboration between PSMJ and the client relationship improvement experts at Client Savvy and is awarded based on data collected from 280,000 client surveys covering over 300 firms. Firms were selected based on both the quality of feedback received and the quantity of replies.
Neumann Monson is also one of four firms that has been honored with a PSMJ A/E/C Employer of Choice Award. The award recognizes firms that have mastered workforce retention and productivity by achieving a superior level of employee engagement. The selection committee evaluated the results of a 70-factor survey completed by employees of firms to find out what they do to inspire, encourage, and engage with their staff and managers.
