UIHC Iowa River Landing - Medical Office Building Extension

The UIHC Iowa River Landing – Medical Office Building Extension Development project would provide for the expansion of the existing outpatient services in the Iowa River Landing district in Coralville, Iowa. The new facility will be approximately 180,000 gross square feet on about 2.3 acres with a covered patient drop-off and located adjacent to a new city-owned parking structure. The facility will house the Orthopedics Institute, Sports Medicine Center, physical therapy and rehab space, an imaging department, department administrative offices, and academic research and seminar space. The facility will also include an ambulatory surgery center with six operating rooms and two procedure rooms, a 24-bed patient prep and recovery bay with ancillary and support services. 

The program for this project was expanded,  relocated to a different site, and is currently in planning and design with Neumann Monson.
