On May 5, 2026, Neumann Monson was honored to receive an Outstanding Achievement award from United Way of Johnson & Washington Counties during their Community Celebration event. A frequent collaborator in our volunteering efforts, we proudly support United Way’s contributions to helping the communities we serve.
The Outstanding Achievement award recognizes groups with increased giving, active engagement, and a strong dedication to community impact. Citing a 60% increase in the giving campaign alone (one of the largest increases in workplace campaigns), and over 75% local employee participation, United Way said they felt Neumann Monson team members were fully committed to making a difference:
“They don't just give — they show up. From volunteer projects, to future roles on our board and our partners' boards, and even planting trees on Arbor Day, their team is ready to roll up their sleeves to support our community.”
