Neumann Monson Recognized as 2026 Emerging Professionals Friendly Firm

We are pleased to announce Neumann Monson Architects has been recognized by the AIA Iowa Emerging Professionals Committee as a 2026 Emerging Professionals Friendly Firm. We believe it is imperative that firms guide the next generation of architecture professionals by championing newcomers in our industry and removing barriers for growth.

The AIA Iowa Emerging Professionals Committee is a committee that supports AIA members and associate members who are licensed to practice architecture for fewer than 10 years. To receive recognition, firms must disclose support, mentorship, and workplace policies for early-career professionals.

Many Neumann Monson employees have received awards for their contributions to the industry early in their careers. We believe this is due to a company culture that allows early-career professionals to pursue their interests and take charge on projects, allowing them to make their mark on the industry as they develop into leaders.
